i really enjoy exploring and traveling and lately, i really like to travel on the earth instead of flying. it gives me time to transition and see the places that exist between destinations.
this roadtrip was six days long and covered about 1,800 miles. the longest roadtrip i have done yet. i loved seeing my cousin Susy in DC and i have to say DC in the winter is not as fun as DC in the fall. my love for DC kind of froze a little with this winter. i really enjoyed taking the train from dc to orlando, the windows were great, the seats were super comfy, i slept pretty well and the sunrise was incredible. i brought two movies, a blanket and my favorite pillow which helped me set up camp on my train seat. there was white wine with diner, big plus and helped me get a good night sleep. some pics from the window.
