i love those little moments of enlightenment when i learn something with my life, with my heart and for a second all the energy of my body is connected and shines for a blink of an eye.
TAKING CARE OF MYSELF IS TAKING CARE OF OTHERS, and VICE VERSA. this is so crucial for me right now. following every single of my dreams is supporting you in your dreams every single step of the way. i am in the highest life condition when i am giving to people AND realizing all my dreams, because giving and receiving is the same. because we are connected and one, so when i give to you, i am giving to myself and therefore receiving.
sooo simple to say, but harder to internalize. so i am practicing with each step of my life, to check in with myself, how i feel about every single thing i do. time or what i do are not just something to get through, it is life. and life is sooo precious and needs to be enjoyed every single step of the way.
