read someone's journals that is willing to share it.
make sure you are in active listening mode.

write or draw about this experience.
closing activity: make sure everyone feels connected and has an opportunity to share.
when you get to that point where your belly tenses up and your heart is uneasy, yes it is normal, this is part of the work of deeply sharing :)
